Delivery Policy of GKF

Our world-class delivery team will bring your order right to your place with a smile, so you'll never miss a beat or stress running low. Our food skips the middlemen and the supermarket shelves, so that our customers get the freshest and tastiest at the earliest. Fresh food picked daily from farms we know and trust. As soon as you order it, we carefully pack it. No sitting on supermarket shelves. Fresher food just tastes better. Especially when delivered to your door. We do our homework to find great food partners. We're on the farm, on the boat, and at the dinner table with our food suppliers. We're proud to call them friends. They are collaborators who share our values, our passion, and our vision.

  • When will I get my order?
    We provide the advantage of next day delivery. The delivery time can be selected based on the time of placing an order. All orders need to be place before 10pm the day before the intended delivery.
  • What are the delivery charges?
    For Express Delivery (Once order placed, the order will deliver with in 2 hrs) Delivery charge is  Rs.100                                                                                                               For Normal Delivery (Delivery slots orders are 08:00 AM to 11:00 AM & 05:00 PM to 08:00 PM ) the delivery is free but the order amount should be more than Rs. 200.
  • How can I modify the cart after submitting an order?
    You have the provision to cancelthe order, before the order gets processed. To cancelyour order: Login to our website -> Click on the option 'Recent Orders' -> In the 'Recent Orders' page, there will be an option 'cancel' against the pending/unprocessed order.
  • Does GKF cater to other states?
    As of now, GKF doesn't deliver items to other states. We deliver only in Kollam, Kerala.
  • Can I avail free delivery option?
    Yes, you can avail free express delivery option for a period of one year by paying just Rs.500/- for all orders.
  • When can I get the order express delivered?
    The order will be delivered within 4 hours to your location from the time the order is placed, subject to product availability.
  • Do you have delivery time slots?
    We have delivery slots to ensure that none of your time is wasted. Delivery slots orders are as follows
    08:00 AM - 11:00 AM
    05:00 PM - 08:00 PM

You will be able to make your purchases on our website from anywhere in the world at anytime with credit/debit cards issued in India, but please ensure the delivery address is in Kollam.

Return and cancellation Policy of GKF

We take an inordinate amount of effort to ensure the right quality, the right cut, the right package is delivered in the best time possible to you. Still there are chances for some issues to come up.>

  • If order is processed and delivered the items won't be taken back or replaced unless there is a reasonable quality issue.
  • If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.
  • Please note that cancellations have to be made before 8am the next day after placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our customer support executive through call (available from 10am – 7pm) or by sending an email and giving the reference of your order number. GKF has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not in case of cancellation issues after processing the order.
  • Refund can be availed only in case of bad quality of the delivered products. We will refund you for the payment which you have made and this will credit into your account within 10 working days.
  • Once an item(s) is returned or found missing in an order ‘at the time of delivery’, a refund will be raised that time itself. The final payment collected from the customer will be the one after deducting the specific amount from the total order amount. It can be cash / card. In the case of bank transfer / online payment, the specific amount will be added as credit against the concerned customer account held with GKF.
